1124 Marketlng &Communication: To reviewour current m8rketing performance and
develop a strategyfor thefuture and ensure that ourweb site is easyto use.
A Marketing and Communications professional is developing ourstrat8gyarRd web site
on a pro bono basis. To be fullycomplete in 2026.
7124To resolve the illegaL parking issues so that ourcar parkingspace is onlyavailable
for users of the premises.
Neighbours and organisation approached to deter them from parking. Signage erected
and addttional information placed inthe public domain has been amended to saythat
parking istor users only.
8124To define and reviewthe implementation of the requirements of current Health &
Safety law ensuringthat key dates and documents are coltated into one file and then
displayed on the website.
Initial workcomplete- file nowavailable.
1125: To deliver a programme of community eventsto benefitthe communityand raise
moneyto coverthe costs of our outreach projectsthroughout 2025.
Achieved with manyevents beingsuccessfijlly delivered. Monies raisedbeing used to
support our outreach projects(Foodbank. Children's andyoungPeoples 8Ctivities. and
the enabling of Christian Education).
2125: To rèviewthe remaining stock of crockery. Purchase suitabLyfurthercrockeryto
rr]ake sets of 100.

3125: To renewaged furnishings, notably in the Quiet Room chairs and the office
meeting chairs.
Completed with fiJndingfrom Grass Roots Fund. The quietroom is used forcounselling
sessions fora wide range of age groups and is in high demand.
4125: To marketthe Centre to local businesses & community.
Achieved. M8ny local businesses werewritten to and visited byTrustees. This has
garnered additionalfinancial and practicalhelp. The local council hasforsome time
been willingto gtve supportto our community activities.
5125:To explore the viabilityand cost of instslling a disabilitytouch pad on main
entrance to assist access fordisabled users.

Thisprojectwas thoroughlyexplored with a numberof companies and was foundnotto
be wable and complementaryto ourcurrententyarrangements. Trustees sgreed.
6125= To redecorate toiLet doors. lobby. corridorwalL8 and doorsto large and sm8LI
halls. Q212025. Complete.
1126= To complete the web stte development and improvement project.
2126: To carry out remedialworkto the pinefloors in the two halls.

The Directors acknowledge their responsibitityfor compLying with the requirements of the Act
with respectto accounting iecords and forthe preparation of accounts. No member of the
charity has required the Trustees to obtain a ￿￿LaULit of its accounts for the year in question in
accordance with se¢tion 476 ofthe Companies Act 2006. The Charity does require an
Independent Assessment of itsfinancial activities. The Ch8rity is not registered for VAT and
claims GTft Aid from timeto time. The company has no employees.
Note l.. Income arises from the rental of our Centre, don2tions. fund-raising events and from
time-to-time grantsfrom funding organisations and CounciL& Donations from private dono
are being used to build a reserve against unforeseen adverse events.
Any excess of income over expenditure is channelled into the ch8riWs objectives, maintenance
of the infrastructure and other fixed costs. The Charity makes a significant contribution to the
running costs offive communty groups and subsidises the rental of alL localgroups who
regularly rent the prernises.
Aminimum amounto*workwascarried on the infrastructure than in thepreviousthreeyears
and no further major spending is anticipated in the near future. A certif led inspection of the roof.

Note2.. Tangible Fixed Assets and D8preciation
There were no majorcapTtaLexpenditure items in 2025. In 2015the companyacquired th8
freehold ofthe buildingformerly known 8s St Michael's Halltogetherwith the c2rpatk which is
nowthe prime propertyof Stmichael's Centre Ltd andfrom which the charttygenerates tts
rental income. This building was transferred to Centre ownership from the previous 1846 old
school trust. St Michael's Centre (Bishops Cleeve} Ltd has legaltitle to the building, the car
parl and surrounds.
Note 3.-The current assets of St Ml¢hBel's Centre were. in 2025. held in six major funds. The
General Fund lunrestri¢ted) holds moneyfor the operational costs of runningthe Centre. a fiJnd
forthe Foodbankand a fundfor Private Donors was set up and is restrictedto uses decided
upon after consultation with the donors. The Privats Donors Fund is effeetivelythe Charitles
Reserve. The fund entitled Centre Developmentwas set up to hold monies designated for future
infrastructure worL The Trustees agreed that a new fund be set up in 2024 and 2025 to record
information on monies spent supporting activities associated by Ukrainian refugees.

accounts of the above charity ("the Trust") for the year
ended 3111212025.
Responsibilities
and basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance ￿th the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the ACV.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's
accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act
and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all
the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5){b) of the Act.

material matters have come to my attention in

which gives me cause to believe that

the accounting records were not kept in accordance
with section 130 of the Charities Act: or

requirements concerning the form and content of
