**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF TREVONE NEAR PADSTOW IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL, AND THE NEIGHBOURING VILLAGE OF WINDMILL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The principal activity of the Trust is the letting of the Hall rooms to the Residents of Trevone & Windmill. These lettings are made at reduced rate. Additionally, some lettings to Commercial Enterprises are made when the Hall is not otherwise occupied.The Hall is used as a village meeting place for Coffee Mornings and for fund raising events for the Trust and other charitable organisations.
