## – Trustees Annual Report 2023 2024 

The library continues to be financed by the local Resolven Community Council. 

We rent the building from Neath Port Talbot Borough Council at a discounted rate.  There are issues with the building and computer systems which have been addressed with new toilet facilities and windows with the help of a grant from the Ffynon Ore windfarm community fund. 

The future of the library continues to be a problem due to a lack of volunteers despite several initiatives. However we have had a couple of new volunteers who have brought energy and enthusiasm to the project and have set up a weekly kids club which children enjoy. 

The footfall is also increasing, and a new digital computer system has been set up by the Neath Port Talbot Council.  We are looking forward to the future of the library.
