ANNUAL REPORT FOR FOCUS ON DISABILITY FOUNDATION(UK), 2020 – 2021
This year, Focus on Disability Foundation has achieved a lot with low-cost materials that have a very big impact on children with disabilities in Nigeria.
The donation of 20 guide canes, 20 Braille slates and essential school stationery obtainable for relatively small costs help children to access a better quality of life. With the provision of such items means that their disabilities that can be eased in a community that cannot otherwise afford them
Children with disabilities in Nigeria often find themselves stigmatised, are regarded as incapable of learning and are rarely encouraged to take up education on a regular basis
Focus on Disability Foundation tries to fight all of this and each year strives to offer opportunities to these children with disabilities to further and cement their educational aspirations
