cyfnod sefydlu i ymddiriedolwyr newydd er mwyn sicrhau eu bod yn deall eu
cyfrifoLdebau, gan gynnwys diogelu. goruchwyLiaeth ariannoL, a chydymffurfiaeth a
rheoliadau perthnasol.

Amcanlon a Gweithgareddau
Amcan yr elusen yw darparu gofal ac addysg blynyddoedd cynnar o safon uchel trwy
gyfrwng y Gymraeg (neu'n ddwyieithog, os yn berthnasol), mewn amgylchedd diogel,
cynnes a chynhwysol.

Structure, Governance and Management
Cylch Meithrin Penllwyn is a registered charity governed by its constitution. The charity
is managed by 8 voluntary committee of trustees who are responsible for the overall
governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
Trustees are elected at the Annual GeneraL Meeting (AGM). New trustees are provided
with an induction to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, including
S8feguarding, financial oversight, and compliance with relevant regulations.
The day-to-day running of the nursery is delegated to qualified staff, including the
LeaderlManag8r, who report to the committee.
Objectives and Activities
The charity's objective is to provide high-quality early years care and education through
the medium of Welsh (or bilingual provision, if applicable), in a safe, nurturing, and
inclusive environment.
Key activities include:
Delivering early years education for children aged 2 to 4 years old.
Promoting Welsh Language development

Supporting chiLdren's social, emotionaL. and physical development
Engagingwith families and the wider community
Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit
when planning and reviewing activities.
Achievements and Performance
Duringthe year, Cylch Meithrin Penllwyn has:
Continued to provide consistent childcare and early education services to local
families
Maintained strong attendance and engagement from children and parents
Successfully supported children's development across all learning areas
Organised events and activities to involve parents and the community
Maintained compliance with regulatory standards and inspections
Staff have worked diligently to create a welcoming and stimulating environment,
ensuring children feel safe and supported in their learningjourney.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (°the Trust") for the year ended
Responsibilltles and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
