Our Mission?.To improve the learning experience of new ringers.Our Purpose?To develop and support the delivery, integrity, and standards in the teaching, instruction and education, of the art of change ringing.We train and accredit teachers and train new ringers using structured schemes supported by information, monitoring of standards and codes of practice.

Objects: To Advance Education And Training In Bell Ringing Particularly But Not Exclusively By Providing Workshops And Accredited Courses On Bell Ringing And Supporting Bell Ringing Projects As A Way Of Supporting The Development, The Skills, Practice And Art Of Change Ringing On Tower And Handbells And Raising Public Awareness Of All Aspects Of Bells And Bell Ringing.
