Chairnian's report. We have 5 COmmu￿ty Car Drivers and can cover most requests.
We have a new tenan¢ Clerk to Eye Town Council who will be renting our office
down stairs. The Council will be paying the Centre £2,000 per year and the Clerk
will become a Th￿tee. Rent + 20 % will be agreed on settmg up contract
We will not at the moment be purchasing new windows for the office.
We have £28,820 in our current account and £52,141 in our investment accoullt with
United Tll￿t paying 4 %OA interest.
Aconference table will be purthased for the office.
