The charity’s objectives are: 

- To promote general charitable purposes for the benefit of the public. 

- To advance education and provide training. 

- To advance health and to support the saving of lives. 

In pursuing these aims, the charity seeks to support: 

- Children and young people 

- Elderly and older people 

- People with disabilities 

- The general public and mankind as a whole 

The charity is empowered to achieve these objectives by: 

- Providing services 

- Offering advocacy, advice and information 

- Sponsoring or undertaking research 

During the year ended 5 April 2024, the charity remained dormant and undertook no activities. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

There were no charitable activities undertaken during the year. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure. The charity held no assets or liabilities at the year end. 

## **Plans for the Future** 

The trustees intend to apply to the Charity Commission for dissolution and removal from the Register of Charities, as the charity has been inactive for a sustained period.
