Hall and café. The hall is avail¥ble for by I¢x31 organisations and indKviduais. The café opered on 27th October
2014 as Arthurfs Café.
The hall and ¢8fé are manage<l as a seff-sustsining community f8¢ilty wrth the objective of servin9 the ￿de-rallg￿ng
need3 ofthe local ccfflmunity.

Trading and Improvements
Hall bookings this year were much improved from the previous year. which wefe badly affected by the effeds of
COVIO. There has been a similar gradual improvement with the calé Irading Theielofe overall incomg was rnor8 in
line ￿th pre Covid trading. Also the Trusl did ￿neffit from Govemmenl granls that were rnade available.
In the opinion of the trustees, the rem8iniThJ re58rves, induding easity wssiblg investmènts, are sufficient for
the Tiust to continuè as a going concern the foreSeea￿e ftjlure and cèrtainty for well in excess of the next iwelve
months.
