**Objects:** TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN HARTLEPOOL AND ITS SURROUNDS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO TEND THEIR GARDEN SPACE BECAUSE THEY ARE HOUSEBOUND OR INFIRM THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GARDEN SERVICES CALCULATED AT RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH (SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005) AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]

**Activities:** We are establishing a new community resource centre in the western part of the Manor House ward in Hartlepool.  We also work with young people with SEN (special educational needs)
