**Objects:** TO PROVIDE THEOLOGICAL INSTRUCTION CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TO CANDIDATES FOR ORDINATION AND, SUBJECT THERETO, TO PROVIDE THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION (WITH A PREFERENCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNDERTAKING A COURSE OF STUDY IN THEOLOGY OR WHO HAVE BEEN ORDAINED).IN CARRYING OUT ITS OBJECTS THE CHARITY MAY PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION FOR STUDENTS.

**Activities:** Wycliffe Hall is a theological college within the diverse environment of the University of Oxford. We aim to equip our students for their future ministries, through excellent academic teaching, practical ministry experience and living as part of a vibrant and supportive Christian community.
