Exemptions from disclosure

Reason for non-disclosure of key personnel details

The charity commission has provided Charis Tiwala dispensations from publishing trustees’ names publicly, as they were satisfied there is a risk to personal danger, and they were satisfied that it is the disclosure of the trustees’ names in the TAR/Register that could lead to such a risk arising. It was on these grounds that Charis Tiwala was granted a dispensation.
