KINGDOM CENTRAL Acom limlted b an uarantee TRUSTEES, REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 In practice, Kingdom Central is commilled to providing targeted. projects and services designed lo meet the needs of both members and the wider community in a holistic way. In our efforts, we are careful not to duplicate existing services but lo compliment and work in partnership whenever possible. The Truslee's Board Is aware of the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit in 'The Advancement of Religion for the Public Benefit" and has regard to it in the administration of the Church. The Trustee's 8oard believes that. the Church provides benefit lo the public by.. providing fesources and facilities for public worship, pastoral care and spiritu81, moral and intellectual development, both for the congregation and for anyone else who wishes to benefit from whal the Church offers., promoting Christian values and s6Nice by members of the congregatlon lo the community. for the benefll of Individu819 and society as a whole. REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS The core mission of Klngdom Central is to provide spiritual. emotional and practical assistance lo the community where il is localed and further afield when resources allow. We are pleased to report that we have continued this mission albeit under difficult circumstances which includes financial constraints. For over twenty years, Kingdom Central operated from a prominent building in Rowlèy Règis 818ckhealh Wesl Midlands. Sadly, we had to move from this buildlng in September 2024. We are currently renllng space at a church owned by the Melhodisl organisalion. This change has greatly restricted the services we can offer bul we are learning lo be flexible and most of our members are adapting lo Ihe changes. Our long-lerm plan is to acquire a building of our own, bul Ihis may mean moving from the immediate area as buildin9S Sultable for churches are in short supply. Despite these challenges, we continue lo offer support to individuals and support communty organisalions who are best placed lo deliver services. Al the same lime, we priorits'se the needs of our own members, especially those who are facing challenges such as unemployment and finding accommodation. Also, over the past months we have seen an increase in the number of individuals moving into the area. While we are unable lo respon¢J lo all their needs, we do our best lo provide a welcomin9 environment and help them lo connect with the community. Page 3
KINGDOM CENTRAL Acom limited b an uarantee TRUSTEES. REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 This year we have scaled back our 5UPPOrt for overseas missions. bul we are still committed lo the prolec15 we are currently involved in. Locally. our focus is on allracling a new generation to the ministry of the church. Currently. the number of young people In our church is less than we would want it lo be. This is certainly made worst by them nol having their own space. However, we are working to address this challenge. This may mean acquiring an additional building where our young people can pursue their own programs. We ar8 awar8 that Kingdom Central will face many chall8ng&s in the years ahead. bul we are grateful for our faithful members who over the years hav& not only given their lime bul also their finances to support the vision. The reality Is that many of these commilled members are getling older and may not be able lo serve wllh the same energy as in prevlous years. Neverthélèss. they are well placed lo pass on their experience lo a n8w generalion. In the coming years. our strategy is lo develop a menloring system whereby our older members can pass on their skills and experience to the younger members of the church. Kingdom Central has provided for over decades, services in the context of a genuine Christian ministry that has impacted the community. This was achieved by ordinary men and women who have worked faithfully. We exlend our heart-felt thanks lo such individuals, especially those who have been with us from the beginning. Also, to our trustees who have brought their skills and experlences In ensuring that Kingdom Central remalns a credible church. l offer my thanks. Page 4
