**Objects:** 1)THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN NORTHWEST TANZANIA AND SURROUNDING AREAS.2)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF RESIDENTS IN THOSE AREAS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF BUILDINGS,FACILITIES,STAFFING,TRAINING,SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT.3)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION,TRAINING AND SUPPORT OF HEALTH WORKERS IN THOSE AREAS.

**Activities:** We are a UK group working with Tanzanian partners, the Anglican Diocese of Kagera, to support a strategic health centre in a remote NW area. An initial building is nearly complete. The Diocese has entered an agreement that the local government build and fund the other facilities to meet current health standards. The Trust is nowproviding funding for accommodation to attract and retain staff.
