SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO CANCER AND BEREAVEMENT CHARITIES.

**Activities:** The charity operates solely in the Cheltenham & Gloucester area, it helps in three areas: 1. Providing free exercise & wellbeing classes for cancer patients, 2.Donates money to the bereavement charity Cruse for training of new & existing counsellors, 3. Provides free swimming lessons to Primary school children whose parents could not afford top up lessons over & above those provided by the school.
