Introduction
The purpose of this document is to provide Charity Commission and the public that supports Jamiah Farooqiah Bradford with an annual report of charity’s finance and progress for the year ending April 2021.

Annual Trustees Report
The nature of the Covid 19 crisis means that Jamiah Farooqiah is experiencing increased demand for its services. Most of the aims this year would be same as last since the institution was closed during the lock down period (of 6 months) and so tasks remain outstanding.
Aims for 2021

Implement enhanced teaching syllabus.

Add mosque signage on the exterior part of the building.

Recruit an Imam to lecture in English.

Recruit paid contractors to fulfil the improved teaching requirements.

Continue to monitor risk assessment especially with regards to Covid19 ensuring safety for all people, ensuring government guidance are followed for the supplementary school and mosque.

Ensure Compliance with GDPR and all risk assessments are in place.

Provide adult classes.

Record minutes for all meetings.

Investigate possibility of purchase including all the legal complications of purchasing unadopted road adjacent to the building where there is a drainage problem.

Change committee. Recruit new members to fulfil new aims of the charity to help with our accounting procedures and compliance with the UK law. This is expected to be completed by: 1st Jan 2022.

I have acted as an examiner for several years and carried out an appraisal of the accounts in accordance with Charity Commissioner’s Charter financial year ending 2021.
I have examined records kept by the charity and carried out deliberations of any unusual items with trustees.

In the course of my appraisal all material in respect of Jamiah Farooqiah Bradford, the trustees have met the requirements to ensure that proper accounting records are kept. As before I did not charge a fee for my work.
