daily cafe, recreatim and education of children during out of school hours
and sL*ool holidays. This provides added benefits lo chiklren through
play opportunrties. the development of social 8ki11s and 8etf-confiden¢e.

Sthool premises arKI has a positive Colkaborati￿ working relationship
with Ghymside Sthool. The staff overlap bets¥een the ichool and ttbe Glub
enhan¢ing already establtshed str￿g and Secu￿ remionships wth th8
parents and thildren. Chibyren attend for a variety of sessions. There are
cUrrer￿Y 140 ctmldren attending. It supports children with $pecial
educational ￿dS an¢Ycff dbabiltties. The Club facllit8tes school
attendance for those thildren who attend the Cl￿ for bre3k￿ andlor
after-sc*od Fvo¥18i￿ also attend Glryllside School.

Ghyllside Out of School Club by managing the affaits and only ma￿'r￿j

the ¢lub is well-run, efficient and delFvering the charitable outcomos for

¢omrnunicaion and consullatiw bet*een trustees and members enables
the trustees to use GhaTitatile funds arKI assets reasonably. Thèse
