## **Trustees Annual Report** 

## Objectives and Activities: 

2024/25 was the final operating year for the charity. The tenancy for the community garden was ended following the introduction of the unitary Somerset council. The land being transferred to Frome Town Council who are heading up community based work in the area making the charity surplus to requirements. 

All remaining assets were transferred to Frome Town Council when they town on the site. Their were no incoming or outgoing fund in this year. 

The Trustees’ annual report was approved on 06/04/25 and signed on behalf of the board of trustees by:
