The charity is winding down due to the sale of the land by the county council. We are working with Frome Town Council to create a new community group in line with the town's aims.

## 1. Accounting Policies 

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Charity Commission guidance on accounting and the provisions of the Charities Act 2011.

The charity did not receive any incoming resources during the year ended 5 April 2024. 

## 3. Resources Expended 

Costs incurred during the year were for maintaining charity assets and utilities to support community facilities. 

## 4. Funds 

All funds are unrestricted and available for general charitable purposes.
