## Activities

**Objects:** To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.For the purpose of this clause, 'socially excluded' means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of being a member of a socially and economically deprived community. We will do this by:a. empowering individuals that are socially excluded for the reason above to leave meaningful lives through participation on our transformative courses;b. providing holistic support to promote social inclusion through social activities, further education, volunteering or employment for graduates of our programmes through our growing Foundation for Change community network; andc. scaling the Foundation for Change model to create widespread social integration.

**Activities:** Foundation for Change works with people affected by substance misuse.  A main aim of the organisation is supporting our service-users to integrate and engage in society from a fresh perspective, achieved through education. We aim for individuals to feel more informed, less helpless, and better empowered in their lives as opposed to being dependent on intervention from treatment services.
