we are currently the only U.K registered charity dedicated to help and support pre and post patients and thei families who are affected by multi organ and small bowel transplants through-out the U.K. We provide support in many ways such as financial and emotional support whilst the patient is in hospital and ongoing support when the patient is at home.
Objects: The Relief Of Persons In The UK Who Have Had Or Are Hoping To Have An Multi Organ Transplantation, In Particular But Not Exclusively By, The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities And Support For Such People And Their Families And Grants To Help With The Initial Costs Of Accommodation At Hospital For Family Members Who Have Been Called In For Their Transplant.
