NOTES

  1. The financial statements of the Trustees have been prepared using the Receipts and Payments

basis

  1. Fixed assets not recognised or valued in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities is the unexpired residue of a 26 year lease in respect of the St David's Hall Community Centre at a peppercorn rent granted by the Respresentative Body of the Church in Wales to the Trustees.

  2. There is only one gas supply to the Church and Hall. The metered use by the Hall equated to the sum of £1,858 which was paid to the Church.

  3. Maintenance costs have been separated from General repairs this year.

  4. St David's Hall Community Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which was registered with the Charity Commission on 7th April 2014. It was formed to manage the St. David's Hall Community Centre which was formerly run by the St. David's School. A lease was taken of the Hall from the Representative Body of the Church in Wales which lease is dated 1st August 2014.

  5. The Charity Foundation's Constitution is dated 19th.November 2013 and its only voting members are its Charity Trustees.
