Activities
Local schools, voluntary youth groups, businesses, North Wales Police and a number of other organisations are working together to co-ordinate anti-bullying procedures within all organisations working with young people in Prestatyn and district. This year we have identified 10 High Street Businesses which provide ?Safe Havens? where young people can go if they are worried or need safety.
Objects: To Relieve Persons Suffering From Bullying And To Preserve And Protect Good Health Within The Prestatyn Area By:-1.the Co-Ordination Of Anti-Bullying Procedures Within All Organisations Who Work With Young People;2.the Creation Of Clearly Identified Safe Havens Within The Town Where Young People Can Go If Worried;3.the Education Of Parents, Carers And Those That Work With Young People About The Risks Facing Them In This Modern Digital Age;4.the Provision Of Opportunities For Training Those Who Work With Young People In Anti-Bullying Strategies; And5.the Monitoring Of Bullying Issues Within Our Schools And Community And Listening To Young People About Their Concerns And Measuring Our Impact.
