JODIE'S CYPRUS DOGS REHOMING TRUSTEES REPORT th YEAR ENDED 28 February 2025 Trustees The Trustees during the year were: Lynn Lynn Suzanne Lowes Georgina Eldridge Sarah Wade Trustees are appointed for a period of three years by re501ution of the Trustees Organlsatlon of the Charlty The Charity is constituted by Trust Deed dated 6 April 1999 Objects of the Charity during the Year The charity continued to focus on fundraising for specific dogs, whether to meet medical needs or to support the rehoming process. We maintained ongoing partnership5 With selected pounds and Shelters, helping to promote dogs in need of homes and providing direct support to assist with their care and successful rehoming. Monthly newsletters were issued to keep the community informed about the dogs we are supporting, to raise awareness of their individual situations, and to encourage continued fundraising in support of the charivs work. Charity Fund The funds of the Charity are administered by the Trustees to meet the objectives of the Charity. The Trustees meet at least bi-annually and maintain regular contact by telephone and email. The Trustees consider that the overall financial position of the Charity is satisfactory, and that the Charity is able to meet its obligations. Financial Position The Receipts and Payments Account is set out on the following pages. Investments The investments held are in accordance with the Trustees powers which are widely drawn. Risks The Trustees have reviewed the major risks to which the Charity is exposed, and systems have been established to mitigate those risks. Responsibilities and As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in aGcordance with the Charities Act 2011 ("the Acr.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's aGcounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
