Achievements and Perfomiance
Unrted Church provides a caring Chrisb'an
base for tts members and friends. It
oversees a weekly coffee moming for the
public vtho are retired, where all are made
welcome in the comfortable communty
building. The churth runs a ￿ntre {offi￿S,
meeting rooms, kitthen and toilet) in
another building in the town. This is used
for meetings with members from churches
and non-religious groups locally. The
Christian Debt Centre, which was sent up
by a Trustee from United Church, uses
these wemises for this vttal work.

benefited from generous bequests from
church members who have died.

Trustees are nominated and seconded at
the Elders, Meeting prior to the church
AGM There is then a vote to accept the
Trustees by the church mèmbers at the
AGM. There is not a minimum nUm￿￿r of
Trustees, but a maximum of ten Trustees
can be appointed. They hold office for three
years with an option for a further three.
After that they can stsnd on an annual
renewal basis rf supported as above.
