The charttls trustees consider that an audÉt is not required for the year ending 31 August 2024 (undèr section 144 of the
Charities Act 2011) and that an independent examinab.on is needed.
Respective responslbilities of trustees and examiner
We report to the Irustees on our examinalion of the aC[￿Unts of the above charity Cthe Trusv) for the year ended 31 August
2024.
As the tharity's Iruslees, you are responsible ts the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Charilies Act 2011 ("the Act.).
We report in respeci of our examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying
out our examination, we have followed all the applicable Diredi¢Jns given by the Charty Commission under section 145(5)(bl
of the Act.
Bagis of independent examiner's statement
Our examination wa5 rarried oul in accordance with General Directions given by the Charty Commission. An examin81ion
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the accounts piesented ￿th those
records. It also includes consideralion of any unusual items or disdosures in Ihe accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees concerning any such mallers. The procedures undertaken do nol provide all the evidence that would be reqUI￿d in
an audit, and consequently I do not express an audil opinion on Ihe accounts.
Independent examine￿$ Statement
We have completed our examination. We confim that no material matters have come to our attention in connection with the
examination vthich gives us cause to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance bwth section 130 of the Ch8riti8s Act.. or
Ihe accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounls did not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the form and content of accounts set out in
the Charilies (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requiremenl that the accounts give a 'lru8 and
fairf view which is nol a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
W8 have no concerns 8nd have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should b8
drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
