The objects of the CIO are for the benefit of the public in any part of the
world to promote such exclusively charitable purposes according to the
laws of England and Wales as the trustees shall in their absolute
discretion from time to time determine.

We are working with The Leadership Academy, a local martial arts
school, where we have developed a program which has been delayed
due to the pandemic. We have identified our first couple of students to
participate on the program. Students who would not normally have the
resources and finances to have this opportunity, we will be monitoring
this and identrfying further students throughout the year.
We the trustees declare that all grants will be submitted at the
appropriate time in regard to the guidance issued by the Charrty
Commission on public benefit.
