The Trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31[st] March 2023.

The charity is governed by its Articles of Association adopted on 1[st] April 2014. Its objective is to provide for young persons in the Wrekin District and surrounding area, facilities to encourage and develop their participation in gymnastics and dance.

The trustees, together with representatives from coaching staff and gymnasts meet regularly to manage the charities affairs.

Our Elite Programme led by Brett Ince has been very impressive this year We have become British Team Champions again with our Junior Team taking the Silver Medal in their Section. Alice Kinsella has become British Senior All Around Champion. Helena Finc has become British Aspire All Around Champion. Alice was part of the GB team that took the Silver medal at the World Championship and individually was 4th in the World.

All other sections of the club have performed well. We achieved our target membership of 1,000 with waiting lists for most classes. We have expanded our coaching and administrative staff to ensure we continue to run efficiently.

The statement of financial activity has been prepared in accordance with the statutory provisions and code of practice which apply to registered charities. The accounting statements have been reviewed by an independent examiner and are attached to this report.

The Club has recorded a profit of £23,255 for the year ended 31[st] March 2023. All costs are regularly monitored by the management committee and prompt actions taken at an early stage to deal with any unexpected developments

Finally the Trustees would like to thank the many volunteers who have been involved in organising, managing and raising funds for the club over the year; our success is only possible because of their outstanding dedication and support.

Approved by the trustees and signed on their behalf by,
