TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE (CHARITABLE UNDER ENGLISH LAW) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREA OF WEST BERKSHIRE AND HAMPSHIRE AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS:(A) PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING VOLUNTEERING;(B) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS TO VOLUNTEER;(C) PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS.2. TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF WEST BERKSHIRE AND HAMPSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND SERVICES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE SUCH NEEDS.

**Activities:** We provide a central hub for volunteering, offering free, impartial advice and guidance to individuals & community groups. As the local Council for Voluntary Service (CVS), we deliver training & events, provide funding advice, promote partnership working & advocate for the voice of the VCSE Sector. We also facilitate community transport services, helping people stay independent and connected.
