TRUSTEES' REPORT 2023 - 2024
Global eHealth Education is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Reg. No.1156260). CIOs are corporate bodies, but not Charitable Companies, brought into being by the Charities Act 2006 and CIO Regulations 2012. It is governed by a constitution agreed at a Meeting of the Trustees on 19 July 2013, last amended on 14 March 2014, and was first registered with the Charity Commission on 19 March 2014. Its only voting members are its Trustees, and who can only be appointed at a properly convened meeting of the Trustees.
The objects of the CIO, as stated in its constitution, are:
'The promotion of good health and the relief of sickness by the development, promotion or provision of health education and training materials provided through the medium of the internet or other computer-based media, in particular but not exclusively for future and existing medical and allied health workers across the world.'
CHAIR'S REPORT 2023 - 2024
Our finances remain stable, and small expenses have been incurred for running the website this finance year: maintaining our domain name registration, web hosting, and email services. Our web site maintenance is provided on a pro-bono basis.

Governance and management:
The charity a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and operates under the rules of its constitution of 14 March 2014. Management of the charity is carried out by the Trustees.
Aims and objectives:
'The promotion of good health and the relief of sickness by the development, promotion or provision of health education and training materials provided through the medium of the internet or other computer-based media, in particular but not exclusively for future and existing medical and allied health workers across the world.'

SUMMARY OF THE MAIN ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT
Electronic resources play a significant role in the training of medical and allied health workers in many developed nations. Our strategy is to provide a link between these and medical and allied health workers in developing nations by promotion through the use of social media, third party organisations engaged in training and collaboration with relevant, specialist organisations.
Our website offers a range of resources particularly to users in developing nations, with many have been in Colombia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa and Uganda.
Notes to the Accounts
The service charges by our internet service provider and our website have continued to be maintained on a pro-bono basis. Small expenses were incurred this finance year. The only monies held by the CIO are held at the bank.
Declaration
The charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
In line with guidance from the Charity Commission, the charity's Trustees consider that an audit or an independent examination is not required for this year.
The Trustees declare that they have approved the accounts above.
