To educate the public regarding animal welfare and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.

Objects: To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals By Minimizing The Birth Of Unwanted Domestic And Feral Pets And Also The Promoting And The Provision Of Appropriate Care, Protection And Security For Animals Which Are In Need Of Attention By Reason Of But Without Limitation Sickness, Maltreatment Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage And To Educate The Public In Matters Pertaining To Animal Welfare In General And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals(for The Avoidance Of Doubt Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.)
