**Activities:** Wycombe Homeless Connection serves people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in south Bucks, working with volunteers, partner organisations and local authorities.Motivated by our Christian faith, we provide free advice and support to prevent homelessness and to reduce the harm it causes. We help people find a home and defend the rights of people who are homeless or facing homelessness.
