**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES INCLUDING THOSE WITH CHRONIC DISEASE OR LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS AND THEIR CARERS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY INDEPENDENT SPECIALIST ADVICE, ADVOCACY, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES.

**Activities:** The charity provides high quality, independent, specialist advice, advocacy and information for disabled people, their families and carers enabling greater choice and improvement in their quality of life. This is achieved by, amongst others, undertaking benefit checks, representation at tribunals, disability awareness training, access auditing, life coaching and opportunities for further learning.
