The trustees present their report and the financial ststements for the year ended 06 January 2024
Introdurtlon
To provide funds to a primary healthcafe unit in a poor loc31ity in Sargodha Pakistan. Patients are
reviewed by qualified dortors and provided with good quality medianes. They have two trolley beds
for day care. Shaheen dinic has treated 36.684 patients in the year 2023-24. In addition, they help
deservin8 patients outside the dinic e.g.. help with specialist consultations. investigations.
medicines, and surgeries.
There is Antenatal dinlc twice per week. The trust throughout the year supply medicines to Dlabetes
patients.

Charity law requires the trustees to prepare Statements of accounts for each financial year. In

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accountln8 records which disdose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the
financial statements comply with. The Charity (Accounts and Audit} Regulations 2011.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Att 2011 (the
2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

Commission. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any

concernlng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the ￿ldertCe that would
be required in an audit and consequently no oplnion 1$ 8iven as to whether the accounts present a
