The company was established under a Memorandum of Association which established the objects and powers of the charitable company and is governed by its Articles of Association. In the event of the company being wound up members are required to contribute an amount not exceeding £1. ## **Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees** The directors of the company are also charity trustees for the purposes of charity law. They retire at each annual general meeting but may be proposed for re-election. ## **Financial Review** A surplus of £10,767 was recorded for the year At the year end reserves were in surplus by £21,706 ## **Risk Management** The directors have a risk management strategy which comprises a review of the current and future cash flow position. Financial stability is considered to be the major financial risk.
