I Preston Communrty Preschool
On accounts for the year 3110812025

Charity no
(if any}

Set out on pages 1_2
Respective The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
responsibilities of The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year
trustees and examiner under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility lo..
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145{5)Ib) of the Charities Act, and
to slate whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independenl My examination was carrie(l out in accordance with general Directions given
examiner's statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wilh those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the eviden￿ that Would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given a5 to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fair view and the report is limited to those matters sel out in the
slaloment below.
Independent In connection wth my examination. no material matters have come to my
examiner's statement attention which gives me cause lo believe that in, any matertal respect..
accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130 of
the Charities Act or
the accounts do nol accord with the accounting records
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in order lo enable a proper understsnding
of the accounts to be reached.
