PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE TO GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS ON MATTERS PERTAINING TO SUCH RIGHTS,7. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW,8. RAISING AWARENESS OF AND ADVANCING EDUCATION CONCERNING SUCH RIGHTS,9. PROMOTING PUBIC SUPPORT FOR SUCH RIGHTS,10. PROMOTING RESPECT FOR SUCH RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS,11.
