## **Aims and organisation**
The Charity was established for the purpose of making grants and donations to such registered charities or organisations for such purposes as are considered charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees shall think fit, in particular but not exclusively for charities with aims to relieve or raise awareness of mental or physical ill health and which benefit young people.
