Responslbllltles The char85 Act 2011 requires the trustees to prepare financial ststernents for each financial year whfjch give a true and fair view of the stste of affairs of the CIO and of the surplus of the CIO for that perlod. Prepare fmanGial statements on the going Goncem basis untess it is inappropriate to presume that the trust will continue in exi8ten¢e.
