The trustees present their annual report and unaudited accounts for the Year Ended 28, February 2025
and confinn they comply with the Charities Act 1993, as amended by the Charities Act 2006, the trust
deed and the Charities SORP 2005.

Projects implemented from 2310312024.. In the month of Ramadhan to help with Iftar and Suhoor,
1840 Cooked Meals were distributed to the needy fainilies in the displaccd Camps near the Turkish
border. Project valiie: £2426 in Dollars S3000 Geographical scope: Northern Syria
Project5 implemented from 1510612024.. On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha and with the extreme
poverty in iiortlierii Syria. 13 sheep were sacrificed and the meat portions were distributed to 250 poor
needy families. 1500 Cooked Chi¢k¢ii and Rice Mcals were distributed to 700 fainili¢s.
Project value., £571 S in Dollars $7120.32 Geographical scope: Northern Syria and Displaced Camps.
Projects implemented from 2911112024: 100 Food Packs, 800 cooked meals and 2400 bread was
distributed to the needy fainilies, 3.4 tonnes of firewood was distributed to the needy families to help
them with heating during the cold winter months. Pi-ojcct value: £5015 G¢ogi'aphical scope.. Northern
Syria.
Projects implemented from 1410112025: In the displaced camps in northern Syria, 850 pairs of
winter shoes were distributed to 850 needy children in 300 families, 3738 cooked meals were
distributed to 1869 needy families. Project value: £10,015 Geographical scope: Camps in Northern
Syria.
Projects implemented from 2110112025: After the 14 year war, a lot of Syrian children are suffering
with their physical and mental health, We setup a Sports Academy in northern Syria, where th¢
orphans and children come to better their physical and mental fitness. Hot water bottles were
distributed to the most needy children in the cold days of winter. Project value: £8,560 Geographical
scope: Idlib, Northern Syria.

Projects implemented from 2810212025: In the moiith of Ramadhan, distributed 2742 Cooked Iftar
Meals to 1371 needy faimilies liviiig in the displaced cainps to help them with their Iftar and Suhoor
during the month of Ramadhan. Project value: £3305 Geographical scope: Displaced Camps in
Northern Syria.

people have lost their homes and have no income to feed their fainilies, so to lielp feed them
distributed 930 cooked meals to homeless needy starving families who lost everything. Project value:
£4315 in dollars $5301.74 Geograpliical scope: Gaza Strip.
Project implemented from 1110312024: Due to the war in Gaza, hiindreds of thousands of innocent
people liave lost tlieir homes and have no income to feed their tainilies, so to help feed them we
bought two sheep and ¢ssential items of rice. vegetable oil and otlier cooking supplies. We distribiited
the meat and cooked meals to the needy families. Th¢ sheep project benefitcd 120 families. The
cooked meals project benefited 2440 fain ilies, 690 candy floss and sweets were distributed to the
needy cliildren, bi'ingingi joy and pleasure to the hearts of chi Idren. Project valiie: £15,015 in dollars

distributed 1880 cooked meals to 650 needy starving families who lost everything. Project value",

Project implemented from 2410312024 and 2710412024: Due to the war in Gaza, hundreds of
thousands of iiiiiocent people have lost their homes and have no incoine to feed their families, so to
help feed them distribLlted 4035 cooked Ineals to homeless needy stai'ving faintlies who lost
everything. Project value: £18,530 in dollars $22,839.55 Geoglraphical scope: Gaza Strip.
Project implemented from 2810312024: Due to the war in Gaza, hundreds of thousands of innocent
people have lost their homes and have no income to feed their families, so to help feed them
distributed 1643 cooked Ineals to homeless needy starving families who lost everything. and
distributed $ 100 each to l 00 iieedy fam ilies. Project value.. £19515 in dollars $24,115.69

Project implemented from 0910412024: Due to the war in Gazffj hundreds of thousands of innocent
ople have lost their homes and have no income to feed their families, so to help feed them
distributed 1650 cooked meals to homeless needy starving families who lost everythin8, and
distribufed $100 each to 80 needy families. Project value: £15,015 in dollars $18536 Geographical
scope: Gaza Strip.
Project implemented from 0910412024: Due to th¢ war in Gaza, hundreds of thousands of innocent

distributed 1475 cooked Ineals to homeless needy starving families who lost everything, and
distributed $100 each to l 00 needy families. Project value: £16,015 in dollars $19,814.16

distributed to the needy people, 60 x hygiene baskets were distributed to the displaced war affected
families, 60 x food baskets were distributed to the displaced affected needy families, we constructed 5
x toilet blocks for displaced fain ilies in tlie camps. Project value.. £15,015 in dollars $18611 .12

to the needy, 15 x trucks of water were distributed to the needy people, 400 x cooked rice meal was
distributed to the needy people, distributed $60 eacli to 25 needy families. Project value: £9300 in
dollars $11,586.87 Geographical scope: Gaza Strip.
Project implemented from 0110912024: Due to the war in Gaza, hundreds of thoiisands of innocent
people have lost their homes aiid Inost Masajids Prayer places were destroyed. tlie displaced people
were in need of a Masjid. so we secured a suitable pla¢¢ and set up the Inasjid witliin the displaced
camps. hundreds of people are benefittiiig from the Masjid. We disti'ibiited 60 x tent insulation covers
to help the needy displaced families cover their tent with new covers. Project value.. £12,515 in dollars
$16,121.57 Geographical scope.. Gaza Strip.
Project implemented from 0511212024: Due to the war in Gaza, hundreds of tliousands of innocent
people have lost their homes and liave no incoine to feed their families, so to help teed them, we
distributed 10 casseroles of pasta and rice cooked meals to hoineless needy starving families who lost
everythiiig, for displaced childi'eii's educatioii a school was selup witli 2 x Tents in the displaced
camps, 5500 loafs of bread were distributed to the needy. 5 x trucks of water were distributed to the
needy people, distributed 91 wann winter blankets to tlie needy families. Project value: £10,715
Geographical scope: Gaza Sti'ip.
Project implemented from 2810212025: Due to the war in Gaza, hundreds of thoiisands of innocent
people have lost their lioines and have no incom¢ to feed their families, so to help feed them iii the
month of Ramadhan we distributed 230 cooked meals a day for 10 days to 230 displaced families, and
a total of 2300 meals were distributed. Project value: £671 O Geographical scope: Gaza Strip.

Project Implemented from 1510312024: Ramadhan Food Packs and Iftar Meals were distributed to
the iieedy fainilies in the month of R27madhan. Cost of Project . £2050
Project Implemented from 1010412024: Cooked Iftar Meals were distributed to the most needy
families in the month of Rainadhan and Eid Clothes were distributed to the most needy children in
Djibouti. Cost of Project: £415.
Project Implemented in June 2024: Qurbani Cow and Goats slaLightered oli the days of Eid ul Adha
and the Meat was distributed to the Most Needy families. Cost of Project., £865.

Project Implemented from 1510312024: Ramadhan Food Packs and Iftar Meals were distributed to
the needy families in the month of Ramadhan. Cost of Project: £2050.
Project Implemented from 1010412024: Cooked Iftar Meals were distributed to the most needy
families in the month of Ramadhan. Cost of Project: £600.
Project Implemented in June 2024: Yemen £1150 Qurbani Cow and Goats were slaughtered on the
days of Eid ul Adlia and the Meat was distribiited to the Most Needy families in the days of Eid ul
Adha. Cost of Project: £1150.

Project implemented on 1010512024: In the most deprived poor areas of Bihar, Northern India, on
the occasion of Eid ul Fitr, 66 Eid Food packs were distributed to the childreii and needy families.

Project implemented on 1210612024: In tlie most deprived poor areas of Bihar, Northern India, oli
the occasion of Eid ul Adlia l O Qurbanis were slauglitered and tl)e Ineat was distributed to tlie needy

Project implemented from 2510612024: In the most deprived poor areas of Bihar, Northern Indi
where village people had to walk miles to g¢t clean water, 3 x water hand pumps were built in their
villages to make it easy for thein to access clean water and 42 x Food Packs were distributed to the
needy families. Cost ot" Project- £1015.
Status
The charity triistees selected for membership are responsible for the general control and management
of the charity. World Aid Convoy is constituted as a charitable trust registered with the Charity
Commission in February 2014 under charity number 1155899.

It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds at a level sufficient to cover unforeseen
expenditure and shortfall in incoine, The trustees remain confident in their ability to raise the
necessary funds, thereby adhering to the maintenance of a balanced biidget.

The cliarity trusiees are respoiisible for preparing accounts for each financial year, which give a true
and fair view of the state of the charity's affairs and of its profit or loss for the period. In preparing
those accounts, the trustees are required to:

Observe the methods and principlcs in the Cliarities SORP.
Make judgements aiid estiinates that are reasonable and prLident'
Prepare accounts on the going concern basis unless it is appropriate to presume that
the charity will not continue.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable
accuracy, at the time, the financial position of the company, and to enable them to ensure that the
accounts comply with the charity acts. They are also responsible for safeguardtng the assets of the
charity and hence, for takiiig steps for the prevention and detection of fraiid and other irregularities.

consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the
