displAc¢d families from Idlib countryside (Maarnt al-Numan -Sgraqeb and their surroundings) and
poor famlli¢s living in the city of Binnish. Number of beneficiaries 50 families. The contents of the
Ramadan basket (bul8ur- rice oil su8ar vermiceli - pe&$ - lentils tomato molasses mortadella- pasta-
salt cheese potatoes). Aqeeqah meal was distributed to the most needy families. Blankets and Aid was
distributed to the most needy orphans. Dlstrlbulion of Ramadan meals conslstlng of (Kabsa rlce,
bulgur, freekeh chicken or lamb) to the displaced peopl¢ living in the camps (Aisha Orphanage
Village) 25 meals perday throughout the b1¢55ed momh of Ramadan Number of beneficiary families
25 families. Value of projects: £3000. Geo8raphical area: Binnish city And surroundin8 farnis and
Aisha Orphanage Village.

widows. orphans and poor families living In the city of Binnish. The content5 of the R8madan basket
(bulgur rice verniicelli- peas- lentils- tomato mol&sses mortadella p&sla 581t chee5e- potstoes) oil
sugar Distribution of Ramadan meals ¢onsisting of (Kab5a rice. bulgur. fRekeh chicken or lamb) to
the displaced people living in the c8mps (A1-y￿nan camp) 115 pounds per day throughout the holy
month of Ramadan. Number of ￿nefi¢lary families 115 families. Iftar Meals were distributed io the
most needy orphans. widows and families.Value: £6050. Geographical area: Binnish city and Al-
Yaman camp.

countryside (Khan Sheikhoun-saraqeb and their Surroundings) at a value of £50 per family. Number
of beneficiary families 60 orphan. poor and displaced farnilies. Distribution of Ramadan meals
consisting of (Kabsa rice. bulgur, freekeh- chicken or lamb) to the di5pla¢¢d people living in the
camps (Mamdouh Shuaib tenis) 42 meals per day throughout the blessed month of Ramadan Number
of beneficiary f8mili¢5 42 families. Eid Clothes were dislribuled to over 40 most needy orphans and
Aid was given lo an orphans school. Value of projects.. £4'500. Gco8raphical area.. Blnniyh city and its
surroundin8 areas and Mamdouh Shuaib camp.

orph8n$ benefitin8 reached 500 children. Proje¢l £233.55. Geographical area: Btnnish City and its

Projects dated 19107n021: On the occasion of the advent of Eld Al-Adha and the extreme povety of
forcibly displaced families for fear of death. I x Aq¢eq8h ond 24 x Sheep were sacrificed and the meat
was distributed to poor and forcibly displaced families from Idlib countryside (Kh8n Sheikhoun
Moarat Al-Numan- Saraqeb and the surrounding villages). Number of ben¢fi¢iary families 350 poor
and displaced families. Value of proje￿5., £3000. Geographical are& Binni5h City and ils surroundin8
ProJeets dated 2W07n021: More Sheep were sacrificed and the m¢at was distributed to the orphans
and widows living in the ¢ity of Binnish on the occasion of the advent of Eid Al.Adh8 Number of
beneficiary familie$ 140 famili¢s. Projects., £1 000. GeoBraphi¢al area: Binnish City and its
surrounding areas.
Projttts dated 10109n021: Due to the loss of the breadwlnner who spend5 on ihe house, dlstrlbutin8
grants of £50 to Ihe most needy orphans and wldow5 residing in the city of Binnish. Number of
beneficiary farnilies 20 families. Project Value: £IOOO. Geographical area: Binnish City.
ProJeet$ dated 21min022: In severe winter, we distributed food packs, warm blankets and oil ftir
heatin8 to the orphans and most needy families whom were forcibly dlsplaced from the South and
now residing in Binnish City, The number of beneficiary families reached 200 famllles. Value
projects.. £4000. Geographical ar¢a', Binnish City.
Projeets dated 1110212022: Due to the population congestlon in the city of Binnish, 8fter the forced
displacetnent of millions of people from Southern Syria due to the war, it w&s n¢￿ssary to have a
hospitsl to meet ihis populations needs, so we help start the construction of a hospital, located in th¢
ea5tem part of the city of Binnish. Starting Value: £5(K)O. Geographical area: East of Binnish City.

Cost of Proj¢¢t- £2250. The distribulion look place al differ¢nt locations inside Djibouti. The most
needy b¢n¢fi¢iaries received coupons to ¢ome and collect the Food Packs,

Yemen- Cost of Project- £1030. Qurans, Eid Gifts and Eid Clothes were distributed to 20 rnost
needy orphaned children- Cost of Project- £600. 9 x Goals and 6 x Cow5 were sacrificed on the
0¢¢8sion of Bid ul Adha and the m¢at was distributed irt the days of Eid ul Adha lo the most needy
families in different locations in Yemen. C05t of Project- £3460. 153 M05t needy orphan3 were 8lven
grants of £30 each- Cost of Project- £4600. The distribution look place at different locations in
Yemen.
The charity t￿￿teeS gelectsd for membership are responsible for th¢ 8tn¢ral ¢ontrol and management
of Ihe charity. World Aid Convoy is constituted as a charitable trust registered with the Charity
Commission in February 2014 undcr charity number 1155899.

The trustees have laken steps lo establish the risks to whi¢h the charity is exposed and have put
systems in pla¢¢ to miti8ale those risks.
It is the policy of the charity to maintsln unrestricted funds at a level sutTicient lo cover unforeseen
expenditure and shortfall in income. The trustees remain confident in their ability to raise the
necessary funds, thereby adhering to the maintenance of a balanced budget.
A summary of the results for the period is set in the Income & Expenditure Account pa8e of the
