c}￿lty'S deed is the piymary governing documenL Follosving the closure of the academy
in August 2024. the deed w&5 varied on 22 July 2026 to allow the Tetirem¢nt of Oasis
Cot)ynunity Learning as a tsustee.
The trustees meet thre¢ times a year to take decision8 aff￿till8 the operation of the cllarity
and deci(k on grants to be made. As the charity no staff. all decisions related to the
opeIation of the clwity are tsken by the tTr￿.

The charity trustees are responsible for preparing the Truslees, Annual Report and the
financial statements in accordan¢e with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting
Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Pra¢lice).
Under UK law, trustees must ensure financial statements provide a true and fair view of
the charity's affairs, adhering to accounting standards and the Charities SORP. Key duties

I report to the charity Trnstees on my examination of the accounts of the Charity for the
year ended 31 August 2025.

As the Trustees of the Charity you are responsible for the preparati(m of the accounts in
accordance with the requiments of the Compatiies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act).

respect of my examination of the Company's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
