The consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic during the financial year ending 31[st] December 2020 adversely affected the supply of services provided by the charity to members, which result in a decision taken by the Trustees to suspend / reduce membership fees throughout the year. On a quarterly basis the Trustees reviewed the charity’s financial position and expected performance for the coming 12 months and in particular the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. As at the date of signing these financial statements the charity continued to have a surplus income over expenditure. As at the 31[st] December 2020 due to covid restrictions it was not possible to conduct a review of assets held however subsequently the assets were reviewed and no impairment identified.
