Sussex 4x4 Response provides assistance to the community, normally but not exclusively by the use of the members' own 4x4 vehicles, particularly in times of adverse weather conditions or in respect of major incidents or where ordinary vehicles are unable to traverse the terrain involved. The charity also assists other charities from time to time with logistical and marshalling support.
Objects: The Association's Objects (the Objects) Are To Preserve And Protect Human Life And Property By Supplementing And Supporting Emergency Services, Statutory Bodies And Other Organisations As Deemed Appropriate By The Trustees In Sussex, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing 4x4 Vehicles And Drivers.
