The Ministry is so deeply graleftjl for the d8dicalion and commitment of vdunleers who under the direction
of the Board of Trustees and Man8gemenl Committee performed various tssks in furtherance ol the objects.
Whilst the Ministry does contract financial, administration and management services, the volunteers help to
make Ihg difference in achieving ils gre81 commission. This is done in 'being sall and light, amongst the
people they inleract with every day., by praying, visiting the sick arsd others in need. being involved in
training others. In public leaching and worship. and also in administration.
The flnanci81 resourc8s of the Ministy. lo a vary large extent, are given by the volunteers and partners.. and
their private assels and equipment are regularly used in the work ol the Ministry. Artuch ol this work Is done

the cost of the services our volunteers provide the Ministy did however carry out a benchmarking exercise

It is estimated that their donated services amounted to Ovor £200.000 for the year. Whilst this was a paper

well as sustainability through increasing partnership 8xpon&nlially, year on year.
The trustees are 8ware of the growing need to use social fftedia not only as a means to reach out to the
faith and wider community, but also as a medium lo build relationships through networks an(5 groups while
promoting the works of the Ministry. In communicating the messages, JPIM remains mindful of its
comrnission of developing and delivering the Wholeness programmes thal raise awareness of the benefits
