**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY CANCER.TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CANCER, OR THOSE IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION.TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF CANCER THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUPPORT GROUP, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE TO THEM, THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS.TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS AFFECTED BY CANCER BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT FOR THEM, THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS.

**Activities:** Cancer United is a cancer support charity for all those whose lives have been affected by a cancer diagnosisIt aims to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of cancer patients from diagnosis onwards and those close to them through its active recovery clubs which provide a whole variety of social engagements, its choir and via CU Fitter a cancer specific exercise programme
