**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN CONAKRY, GUINEA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(I) THE PROVISION OF A SCHOOL WHERE CHILDREN FROM POOR FAMILIES CAN ACQUIRE A FREE EDUCATION;(II) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO TRAIN YOUTHS FROM DEPRIVED BACKGROUNDS IN EG CARPENTRY, TAILORING, CONSTRUCTION, ETC TO HELP THEM ENTER THE LABOUR MARKET;(III) THE PROVISION OF A CANTEEN WHERE STUDENTS CAN HAVE THEIR FREE MEALS;(IV) THE PROVISION OF A HOSPITAL FOR POOR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD PROPER MEDICAL CARE.

**Activities:** Members hold a monthly meeting on the first saturday of each month. During meetings, progress discussions are held, update information announced, completed tasks or assignment report submitted and the agenda for the next meeting set. Members contribute a minimum of ?10 per month. Contributions collected by treasurer.
