The other events were for the encouragement and cultivation of members. The maintenance and renewals costs was £17,883.33 (which is detailed in the enclosed financial statement) ## **Financial Review** All monies are from the donation of the members and visitors. Please also see enclosed financial statement for the year 2021-2022. ## **Brief Statement of the charity's policy on reserves** There is no actual policy on reserve funding. There is a backup fund (savings account) where money can be drawn from if needed. Transfers from the savings account to the Church current account require agreement by the church board. It is within the church board’s ability to agree transactions up to £10,000 as necessary without consultation with the MGM.
