## _Notes:_

- _1 Cash funds are held with Lloyds TSB bank._

- _2 The boathouse is owned by Swanage Town Council and was let to SSRC for a period of 125 years commencing February 2013 at a peppercorn rent if demanded._

- _3_

_SSRC owns 5 Gigs (3 wooden & 2 plastic) however 2 gigs were funded externally and if sold in one case the proceeds would need to be returned and in the other use of the proceeds is restricted._

_4 Donations include any surplus or deficit arising from money collected relating to rowing events occuring away from Swanage. Such events are attended by members of Swanage Sea Rowing Club and members pay to take part. Overall the objective is that this activity is break-even._
