Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Advance The Education Of Pupils In Schools Or In Full Time Education (Under The Age Of 25) Within Hertfordshire And The Surrounding Areas By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities, Equipment, Musical Performances And Tuition Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority. This Will Include The Opportunity To Perform In Concerts Held In Professional Theatres With Specialised Resources Such As Sound And Lighting Engineers And Equipment.to Promote, Improve, Develop And Maintain Public Education In And Appreciation Of The Art And Science Of Music, In Particular By The Organising Of Concerts Held In Professional Theatres, With Specialised Resources Such As Sound And Lighting Engineers And Equipment, For Public Attendance In And Around Hertfordshire And The Surrounding Areas.
